Test
A visual inspection of the servomotor was conducted to identify wear, damage, or loose connections. Then, the servomotor was connected to a test bench to replicate operational conditions and verify the reported behavior, collecting data on temperature, current consumption, and motor performance.
Work Performed
The servomotor was disassembled for a detailed internal inspection, followed by cleaning and lubrication of all internal parts. Worn components, such as bearings and the position sensor, were replaced, and internal electrical connections were repaired. Finally, the servomotor was calibrated and subjected to exhaustive testing to ensure proper functioning and precision.
